Your experienced ClickAway technician will use a variety of software tools to recover the lost files or data from your hard drive. In most cases, we are able to quickly retrieve the data for you.
In the event we cannot retrieve your data, we can send your hard drive
to DriveSavers, Gillware or Seagate. Although this is a more costly option,
their advanced cleanroom recovery methods often mean they can retrieve
data even in instances where we could not. Note that if they can’t retrieve
the data, there is no charge to the customer.
Final prices are dependent on the amount and type of data being recovered.
