Before you call, you might want to try the following:
- If your printer is causing a problem, shut down your computer and turn off your printer, and then turn everything back on. Try printing the document again.
- If you cannot get to the Internet, shut down your computer, and turn off the router and cable modem. Then turn everything back on in this order: modem, router, computer. Try to go online to see if the problem has resolved itself.
