- Download critical & recommended updates from Microsoft or Apple.
- Configure Windows Update Service to auto download / install.
- Remove any unnessary startup items.
- Verify system restore point is set.
- Download / install Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader.
- Install anti-spyware and Windows Defender.
- Install up to two (2) customer-provided software titles.
Performance Plus $99
Includes all of Enhanced Performance and:- Create Operating System recovery CD(s) / DVD(s)
- Configure customer email server setting for Outlook, Eudora, Thunderbird, or Entourage
- Download and install free media playback software (iTunes/Quicktime or
Windows Media Player)
Home Customization $149
Includes all of Performance Plus and:- Transfer up to two (2) GB of data from old system to new system
- Customize desktop with customer-specified setting including desktop image, toolbars, power schemes, up to five (5) desktop shortcuts
- Add up to three (3) additional user profile including customized desktops
- Install one (1) additional customer-provided software title.
Business Customization $149
Includes all of Performance Plus and:- Email data migration (messages, folders, settings, address book, and calendar)
- Transfer up to two (2) GB of data from old computer to new computer
- Install one (1) additional customer-provided software title
High Security $199
Includes all of Home/Business Customization and Usability and:- Create Full System Recovery DVD. Includes operating system and current customer data and applications.
- Install Belarc (tracks and stores hardware configuration and software license numbers)
- Includes one-year Bronze warranty for desktop computers or a $30 discount on a Bronze warranty for notebook computers.
Internet Favorites $29
- Download and Install Google toolbar
- Download and install Google Earth
- Add up to ten (10) shortcuts or favorites.
